CREATE YOUR FORMULA    RESERVATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE RESERVATION TIME (NO EXCEPTIONS).

CUSTOMERS WHO ARRIVE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE WILL BE TREATED AS A CANCELLATION AND THE RESERVATION FEE WILL BE FORFEITED.
